I switched out my wheels first thing, but wanted to keep stock wheels for winter. Today I got busy doing the task of cleaning, detailing and ceramic coating them. They're ready for winter!?

Does the Ceramic coating help repel brake dust? My Wife is hard on brakes!! Need something that will make it easier to clean off the dust!
Absolutely! The main reason I do my wheels with a nice ceramic. The prep is a slight pain (time consuming), but the ceramic goes on easy and will last.

You'll find just spraying them blows the bulk of the dust right off.

Looks good, what coating did you use? FWIW I've had great luck using the spray SiO2 for wheels. Much easier to apply and one like Turtle wax requires no curing before you can do the wipe down. Just spray on rag, wipe down, dry towel remove and bam. Brake dust no stick.

I did my M40i's last fall and it's still holding up.

The spray can also be applied to tires. I did them at the same time and they are still black. They don't look wet or shiny...just clean and black.

I'm an Adams polishes fan. I've been using their products for numerous years.

Ah yeah so probably just as easy to apply. I've been wanting to try the graphene, have you used it before to have feedback on its durability?

I've used their earlier ceramic coating and it's held up very well on my fusion that sits outside year round. NW Ohio weather. I also used it on the black wheels that were on my Civic type R. This particular product is newer, and a piece of cake to apply, then remove once the rainbow haze settles...lol!

I did our Polaris Ranger in a ceramic coating 18 months ago. Wheels, glass, roof, everything. Best thing I did for it. It still looks brand new. Used Avalon King. So your idea with the wheels for winter is right on track imo. And Adam’s makes good stuff.

This is my fusion that sits outside year round. Ceramic coated last spring.

Does that work on clear wrapped cars.

Yes indeed! I'm getting the nose of my MME wrapped on 8/24 and we discussed my product choices...he said absolutely, just nothing abrasive.
