Is supply loosening up?

I've had a deposit on a GT since March. Car was built in August but waiting on a chip. I've seen deliveries posted here and my dealer has received their first GT. (not mine) Anyone have any good info as to if we're all going to start seeing deliveries?

Today I gave up on waiting in limbo for a bronco, so I checked my dealer they have one due in October that I snagged up.

I ordered my Premium, Extended Range, RWD May 3rd and havent heard a word !

I ordered my GT-PE on the first day you could order one, prior to that my car was on reservation. Still not to my build date. Ford Corporate had sent me only two communications: The original email that my reservation was placed, and the “minimum of 6 week delay for chips” email. Every other piece of information on my order I had to pull from Ford or get my dealer to pull. When my production week was delayed, it was done silently. So, given the chip shortage and the production week delay it doesn’t seem like the supply is loosening up.

Yeah, I am starting to believe my car is vaporware. Or maybe that they will deliver in December of 2029. Maybe at 11:59:59 pm on the 31st. Maybe.

I don't think supply is easing up and it may continue for some time, early on the chip shortage wasn't an issue for mach e, but in recent weeks, that is the cause of delay.

I ordered a Premium 4X rapid red May 18th. The dealer called me 3 weeks ago and said the had a cancelled order. Same car but in black. I snagged it up. My original's production week still says 8/23 and hasn’t moved.

Reservation in March 2021, deposit on the first day they were accepted in April.
