Can't change Channels in SiriusXM

I can’t change my station to get to channel 1 or 2 for a reset

When you change it, wait, when my car was doing this, it was taking up to 3 minutes to actually change the station.

When you do get to channel 1, make sure you are outside with a clear view of the sky, and then do a signal refresh from your online account or by calling in.

Dang, that's really weird. May be more than an SXM issue? Try creating a new profile on the vehicle and see what happens.

If you have this issue still, you need to go to a dealer. This should have been resolved within a day of it happening.
