My extended range 4wd first edition is getting 175 miles on the GOM vs regular 220-230… I’m seeing a lot of you on the roads recently!!

My standard range AWD Select is showing 173 miles on the guess-o-meter. My max charge is set at 90% and I’m getting 3.1 miles/kWh. Pretty good numbers in this frozen tundra.

Free yourself from the tyrrany of the GOM and all is good.

I drove 138 miles at highway speeds using 50% of the battery at 1°C in snow on Christmas, but my GOM is completely detached from that reality. Extrapolating to 100%, it has and continues to estimate under 200 miles when I'm empirically seeing over 270.

I just go by the %SoC and don't think about the GOM.

Handling on these Continental CrossContact RX tires isn't that great on compact snow/ice. I can see myself considering a set of all-weather tires once these wear out.

I’m getting barely 2.1 a 2.5 miles/kWh, how are you folks getting 3.1? Mainly highway driving up and down 405 or i5. Amazing!

I’ve been surprised that the OEM tires work as well as they do in this weather! Won’t ‘better’ ones mess with the mileage?

In Vancouver BC. GoM is at 143 miles for 100%.
It says I have achieved 4.3 miles per kwh over past three months, which I'm not sure of. We've been sitting at some decent negative Temps so seems about right for gom. It still seems to go further.

Temps in the 0-10 range F.

Preconditioning, using heated seats/wheel instead of e-heat and going <=65mph, primarily.

The snows I put on affected my range but my RWD SR was a champ in the snow. And the cold is not helping, but damn this so much better than my ‘12 Leaf’s range!!

Same.
My GOM is crazy conservative compared to my actual. I have a short commute uphill. I get 2 m/kwh on the way there and around 10 m/kwh on the home.
