Are these icons concerning? I’ve never seen them before. Left the garage without preconditioning. 31F outside. I know the snowflake is exterior temp but the top two are new to me.

The battery with the "down arrow" icon inside it indicates that your range is reduced due to weather. I agree that it's a little cryptic!
I don't think that the battery with the down arrow means that battery is reduced to cold weather. I believe that the battery with the down arrow along with the number simply means that you have (approximately) that number of miles until the battery is depleted. I have seen that same icon in the middle of gorgeous 65 degree fall days when no AC/Heat, etc. is being used. The only icon there that I have never seen before is the snowflake in the road that is in yellow.

I may be wrong that it's due to weather specifically, but I think the down arrow icon is triggered by any number of things that could be temporarily reducing your range.

What’s irritating is that Ford doesn’t put it in the manual and leaves its customers to deduce the answer!

My impression from reading the forum is that is part of a power meter specific to GTs. Blue when consuming energy and green when regenerating.
Thanks! I didn’t know the vehicle in question was a GT.

I really hope is normies get this, I don’t understand why they think GT owners would be more interested in seeing regen than regular MME owners. Honestly I feel like it would be the opposite, but all vehicles should have live regen

100% agree. Everyone should have it. I also wish it had a quantitative readout in kW instead of just a bar. That was one thing I liked a lot about my old Volt. I could change AC or heat settings and directly see exactly how much power output changed.
