Thank you. That is where I am looking. I guess my car is started...but not populated yet. No window sticker either yet.
I think I'm a step or two behind you. I don't see anything in any of the many different links that says I'm actually in production yet, just scheduled for production (as I've been for several months).

That said, production schedule says 10 January, so I'm not expecting to see much until next week. Of course, refreshing a website obsessively is what convinces them to start building, right? ;)

Email said 1/10. I can't remember if it said In production before. Still no date in the bar though.

Well, I got my window sticker for my GT PE today. While the build looks fine, the pricing does not.

In October, I got an e-mail from Ford saying that they were moving me to a 2022 vehicle and while the price went up, they were giving a rebate of $750 to cover the difference. While that actually saved me a couple of hundred dollars, that pricing matched what it says under ford.com/my account/Reservations & orders and my build sheet from the dealer even today...but the window sticker that I downloaded shows the price is now $3,000 above the price that I had been quoted previously.

NOTE: This is not ADM...this is the printed window sticker that I downloaded today for my VIN.

An extra $3000 is a big nut.

I am expecting Ford and my dealership to make this right and honor the pricing that I was quoted when I placed the order in August or the adjusted price from October 1.

Your MSRP is of the day your dealer accepted your order. The window sticker will also reflect the current MSRP (imagine the scenario where you don't buy this particular car--the sticker is not tied to your order). Your eventual buyer's order will reflect your accepted order.

I received my 'sticker' today. So, I guess the production date (01/10) is a go.
The MSRP went up $2500 of which $1000 was for the extended battery. I do have that $750 model-year update which helps.

What a ride - and I don't even have the car yet!

I hope you are correct and this is what I was hoping for, however, the dealer does not know and my X-plan discount and pricing are tied to the invoice. If the invoice went up by $3000, the dealer will pass that along too. Ford changed the price on me once, but compensated us with a $750 rebate to cover the delta for the new higher price. I am hoping that Ford will honor the invoice pricing from my August order date (or the October date with the rebate).

Up date: Received our window sticker on 1/5/22 our build date is 1/10/22. I noticed a $2000 price increase? We ordered back in August, 8/5/21, and have a written price offer from our local Ford Dealer. Plus an offer of $750 to cover a price increase between a 21 and 22 model year. I would think Ford should honor the agreed upon price?

To be clear it’s not ford that’s honoring it, it’s your local dealer.

I got a window sticker!

I placed my order with Ford.com, not the dealer. The Dealer accepted the order, but it is up to Ford to honor that price. If the dealer is charged more from Ford on the invoice, they may pass it along. The dealer should play a role in keeping that price...but my agreement is actually with Ford.

I know you may feel that way, but I don’t think the fine print agrees. Legally ford isn’t allowed to sell you the vehicle in many states. But I hope all works out for you.

I know it will be sold via the dealer, but Ford Motor company took the deposit from me on ford.com, not my dealership. The confirmation was from:

Ford Motor Company <[email protected]-ford.com>
Subject: Order request placed. Thrills ahead

I log into Ford.com to check status of my order, not my dealership.

I have an order number from Ford.

Ford cashed my deposit, not my dealer.

Ford has at least some responsibility to sell me what I purchased for the price that was agreed to about 5 months ago.

Ford even compensated me $750 when they price was raised slightly in October (making it slightly cheaper) The letter from Ford (not my dealer) said:

To thank you for being a valued customer, we're offering you $750* to help cover any price variation for the model-year update.
They clearly took responsibility when the prices changed once...I don't see how Ford can now say...not our problem. Pay $3000 more now...you are just out of luck, good luck and work it out with the dealership.

I would consider their words that say help cover "any price variation" for the model-year update to include the $3000 that they now want to charge for the same car.

The window sticker is not an invoice.
