Huh, good point, mine's coming to California, from Mexico, via Kansas City. Go figure.
Union Pacific, which will be transporting vehicles west of the Mississippi, has a vehicle distribution hub in Phoenix, AZ. I wonder if there's some sort of finishing work Ford does in KC.

As far as I know, this is the Ford train depot in Kansas. Search this location on your maps app.

39.093433,-94.693893

Since this location is less than 250 miles away from the geographic dead center of the continental US (Lebanon, KS 66952 is the actual center point), there is some logic to having all production go to this location first if there is no sorting ability at the factory location (my assumption).

If this location noted above is the correct facility it looks just like a storage/distribution depot. I don't think any additional work is done to the cars at this location. It is adjacent to train tracks and I suspect that it is just sorting/distribution/routing based on the Ramp 1 code on the window sticker. I think that like a baggage tag on your luggage at an airport, these cars get sorted out here and then sent to the final local distribution hubs, then loaded onto car carriers for the last bit of the ride to the selling dealership.

Just in checking around and looking at window stickers from various dealerships, I think these are the California codes (I am NOT an authority on this, just by random samples):

RH27 is the greater LA area (includes Orange County and I think parts of Riverside and Ventura counties)

RD27 seem to be from San Diego to central California outside of the greater LA area.

RA84 is greater San Francisco/silicon valley/San Jose area

RA76 is northern CA outside of the greater San Francisco/silicon valley/San Jose area.

etc.

I think for Southern California at least the train goes to this location and then distributed to the local dealers via transport truck:

I see at least the following in Northern Arizona for various vehicles:
(An initial character of C = Convoy; R = Rail)
RF1P (Every Mustang Mach-E I've found in AZ has this Ramp One code; other vehicles have it too)
CF1P
RA1P
RS1P
CA1P
RP1P
RA36
CA36
CU08
CA4B

What are the other codes that are not RF1P? Other Fords that are not MME?

Yes. I just went to a few dealership websites and clicked on the top several vehicles in their "New Inventory" and looked at their window stickers.

Interestingly, none of the other manufacturers that I checked (Chevrolet, Jeep, Kia, Nissan) have these same sort of codes.

I couldn't find the window stickers on the Toyota dealer's website. Ugh.

I am batch 3565 as well... and 51/300

GT PE Cyber Orange.

No modules yet.
For the first time I was able to get through to the Ford build site and my Rapid Red GTPE, which was scheduled for the week of 1/10/2022, is now in production! The date at the bottom of the window sticker is 01/06/2022 so I cannot be sure if the build was started a week early or not. I am also batch 3565 and 134/300.

My MME GT PE (Cyber Orange) is batch 3565 51/300 and the window sticker date is 01/04/2022. Still no modules.

My MME GT (non PE) Cyber Orange is batch 3587 186/301 if you're talking about the numbers at top mid right of window sticker. Palsapp had no module data. Build date says 1/8/2022.

No new modules for me. Even though my guesstimations say I can't expect to see anything until Thursday I'm still refreshing.

I guess digging for good news is better than doomscrolling.

I haven't bothered refreshing. That's what I have all you here for now! ;)

Im just relieved that I have the window sticker and in production status. It takes 1-2 weeks to build the car right?

From previous forums, that's what it tends to look like if there aren't any delays/shortages that interrupt.
