Boston Area Dealers Familiar with MME Repairs

Since it seems to be hit or miss with dealers knowing how to work on the MME, does anyone have any suggestions on which dealers in the Boston area are good with the MME? I need to get my windshield recall taken care of and the dealer I purchased from just doesn't seem to be setup to properly handle it (got told that I could take it to a glass repair shop and have my insurance pay for it). I'm in the Wilmington area and I'm willing to drive a bit further if needed. I just don't want to waste my time with a dealer who doesn't know how to work on the MME.

Proactively. I would like to get the CSP update as well done at the same time, since that will probably have a bigger impact (no pun intended, but hopefully true!) on me then the windshield at the moment.

I’ve had good luck with Bonnell Ford in Winchester. They have been my dealership for years. The good news is one of their service team has a Mach-E, she bought their mannequin. She and I had a nice talk about our cars, we both have Infinite Blue Premiums. She said that they were ordering a spare windshield to have on hand in case one broke during the process. She said her car was going to be the guinea pig when the parts came in. I was very happy to hear both of those things!
She also said it was going to be quite the process. First the body shop at the dealership has to do some work, I’m guessing removing trim pieces. Then a glass company comes in and does the glass work. Then the body shop puts everything back together.
I was in today having the CSP done, took about 2 hours. I talked to her and she said she had the recalls for her car scheduled for next week. So I figured I’d call mid month and see how it went for her.
I may wait until spring when the weather warms up a bit, give them a little more time too.

Anyone Deal with Watertown Ford yet? They are my dealer that my Premium is going to be delivered to sometime this or next month. I've heard people say they won't work on MME's that weren't purchased from them? They are affiliated / sister's with Stoneham Ford what about them?

I got my recall done by Jack Madden Ford in Norwood. Took them a couple weeks to get the parts in, but they knew about the recall and what was needed. They don't have a glass guy in house though so after dropping it off it took about a week to get it done. Unfortunately I'm taking it back to because my windshield washer fluid no longer works (it's not empty) and the driver seatbelt no longer retracts. Overall though, the service person I worked with seemed knowledgeable about the Mach E so that gave me a bit more comfort working with them.

No rental available at Jack Madden because the company they worked with for rentals closed. I didn't push on this very hard because I have a second car.

Yes, they forgot to reconnect a hose. Seatbelt issue was it was twisted when they put the trim back on. All the issues were resolved within the day.

Sloppy work. I’d speak to the GM so they can train about attention to detail and dealership reputation.

I did. Not much that could be done by them to make up for it since everything was already free.
