Image of Mach-E missing from Fordpass App

Hello All,

This is a really small problem but something I would like to get fixed. My FordPass app has never showed an image a Mach-E on the main screen, it's just a blank space below the text "2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E". I do have the unlock, start and lock buttons but, battery charge % and estimated range, but there is no image showing the Mach-E.

I do remember someone mentioning how to fix this in a previous post but I have searched the forum and can't find it anymore. Has anyone else had this issue and comment on how to fix?

I have this same issue and I’ve posted about it a couple times on here. I actually got a call back from FordPass about it.

They said it’s an issue with certain vehicle colors and certain models of vehicle colors and they didn’t have an ETA to fix. This seems to be the first time they heard about and said engineers are aware now. I sent them screenshots of the bug on Ford’s backend, we gotta wait for them to fix that before our vehicle shows up.

Oh sorry, I can’t find my forum post, that was a link to a conversation with FordPass who never responded on the Forum, hard for me to find it on my phone, but I’ve got images of the errors the ford servers give when it tries to grab the image of my vehicle, I can DM them to you a little later

Was there any news in this? I had to uninstall and reinstall the app when something went wrong with my watch app. But after the reinstall, the image hasn’t come back.

I’m still having the issue as, even on the new Fordpass 5.0 version.
