So I decided to hedge my "bet" on my Premium AWD ER order I placed back on 1/18 and placed an additional order for a CR1 AWD ER last week. Given the current delays and my impending end of lease with my current car coming this summer I decided to go with a similar CR1 order and see how it shakes out. Ultimately, I'd be ok giving up the lights/wheels/audio system to get the car earlier and make my life easier. Maybe if I'm lucky I can just trade in the CR1 on the premium and not be out any money. ?‍

Added my new order to the list. Also - is it possible to update the orders graph on the 1st page to include the most recent orders? The graph only shows 1/2021-9/2021 orders at the moment. Thanks!

The order preview your dealer sends you should have the priority. 19 is standard.

I ordered through the dealer, so I don't know what you would receive if you ordered online. I got this, where you can see the priority code.

Dealer allocation priority. 10 is higher priority than 19. If you have a good relationship with your dealer/GM they can change it from default to 10 and that helps with the process.

Correct. My dealer said he can only change after a VIN is assigned and is scheduled for production. My dealer says he prioritize per order number. I guess I have to believe him.

This is my first ford so doubt I have that type of relationship lol. I’ve had 5 BMWs since I was 16 and was blown away but how the MME handled. Feels like an M

Yeah, that's probably just their "policy". When I placed my order in Oct '21, I texted my GM and he accepted the order and changed it to 10 right away. We have known him for about 16 years, gone through about 13 Fords, and also referred multiple people there so its just all about the relationship with the dealer.
