It's astonishing to see a Dec 2022 order get a VIN around the same time as several people with converted 2021 orders and October orders. Trying to be rational about Ford's allocation system is fruitless. Perhaps the dealer has some pull. "My dealer" says they have no role in setting priority at all, assigned me 19 and there it stays. Anyway, congratulations.
Here is a little info that will probably upset you even more. I didn't add it to the list or mention it previously, but I actually have two GT's on order. I placed an order through a different dealer two weeks before the one we are discussing. I only added the second order because they were offering 3% below MSRP (better than my original MSRP order).

Regardless, they both have VINs and are both listed as being under production this week. Will be interesting if they both show up at the same time. I do have a plan to try and take both with one of them going to my business partner if they allow me to swing it.

But anyway, no idea why they both moved so quickly. All information pointed to at least 26 weeks for both. They are both base GTs so maybe there was a push to get a bunch of them out? Certainly don't think it could have been any special pull at the dealer as I was also assigned a "19" on both and these orders are with two different dealers.

I originally had a 19 on a 6/15 order. 4 months ago dealer change it to 10. Still waiting for my car. It’s 200 miles away waiting for transportation to dealer. ETA delayed again to 2/7

Thanks for the reply. New Jersey is a ZEV state so maybe it's the mysterious Ford allocation rotation at work. If only we could get access to all the VINs, rather than the very small subset found on this forum.

Your example seems to "fit" within the "chip hold" problem. Is it a 2021MY? or was it changed to a 2022MY about 4 months ago?

I received this email on Saturday, I'm not trying to read into it. It was on the dot 30 days after the order was placed. Essentially Ford is confirming that I have an order and their bot hasn't forgotten about me :). No other useful information.

Ordered mine July 20 2021, in Sept of 2021 got an email saying I will get a 2022 and now the order date is 9/2021. Had a build date of 1/14/2022, started build on 1/24/2022 with an estimated arrival of 3/19/2022. Just checked on status and now the estimated delivery date is 6/16/2022!! I sure hope it comes in sooner or I might say screw it and get a Tesla. They seem to not have as many mfg and delivery issues. Really is disappointing

Dealers show the ordered cars on their websites as available inventory to attract buyers but they are all taken.
YMMV. I contacted a dealer that had incoming stock from Ford's Inventory site. I asked if they take X-Plan on it and they said yes so I put a deposit down on it. Only problem is, it's 250 miles away. Maybe we'll make a family trip out of it.

Your dealer is lying to you. They can go as high as 10, then Ford is the only one that can go lower than that.
I heard on the MME dealers can only go 19. Not 10 like other vehicles
