OTA 1.7.1 Stuck, anyone else have issue updating?

this is the issue, all they will do is tell you what this says. If you make enough fuss they might replace the APIM. Be sure the new one has a serial number in bezel diagnostics.

Thank you - let me see what they get back to me. They delayed my windshield/roof recall twice already, so they feel guilty and said okay to atleast take a look at this.

honestly, they'll just tell you the fix ain't available yet because Ford hasn't released anything on FDRS for them to apply on the car.

I have very good hopes until tomorrow at midnight, then we can get the pitchforks and go to Michigan.

60 pages on this issue going back to October 4, 2021, and still no fix from Ford.

This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I am trying to imagine me ducking out of a problem with my customers for this long with no firm date for the resolution to a real issue. I would be out of business by now....

I would like to go to my dealer and ask them to replace the APIM module, but I'm not sure they got APIM module spairs. And I'm not sure that they will agreed with that.
