⏱ Mach-E Scheduling Next Week (4/4) For Build Weeks 5/2 Through 5/23

Somehow my first order CR1 was built as a priority code 10 but when I ordered I had priority code 19. My second order of a Premium was submitted as a priority code 12. The CR1 was built about 3 months after order (early Jan 22 build on early Oct order). My late Oct order isn’t scheduled yet.

What did you tell your dealer to have the priority code changed to 10?

Nothing. But, I did order a second car.

There really is no rhyme or reason with scheduling. I think we all try to read the tea leaves and end up with coffee.??‍

I picture the lotto balls and Ford pulls one out, looks at it, realizes they don’t have the parts for that build and throw it back in. Then the ball selection continues. I’m sure it’s actually WAY more scientific than this, but once I bought a cancelled order a few months ago I stopped investing so much in trying to figure out the system.

I normally try to check every Thursday. That seems to be scheduling day. Checking daily will drive you loco.

He's just listing the factory 'batch' numbers he's been able to associate with each build week through info forum members post in the build week threads. But the batches don't really have anything to do with getting scheduled for production. You get scheduled for a week of production 1-2 months beforehand. You don't know your batch number until you get a window sticker, which comes about a week before production starts.

Batch numbers - groups of 300-600 MME orders that have been scheduled for construction in a particular week. The assigned batch number becomes known when the customer receives a build date email and/or sticker.
