Got a railcar number, it is currently in Conway, Pennsylvania! Seems that the delay emails should be disregarded, as I received one on 04/28 stating the car will be delivered in mid-june, and Ford chat today said that the car was shipped from KC on 04/29. They are still showing an end date of June 12th but I am expecting the car in New Jersey by this week based on its current location. Hopefully that plays out well.

This morning, my VVR showed my car still in Laredo (or rather, it hadn't moved since last week):

This afternoon, though, Order Track updated it from "ASN" (where it's been for a few weeks) to "Picked." I'm taking that as a move in the right direction (i.e. TOWARDS ME!).

Chatted with the dealership today. Looks like the car arrived at Alliance Railyard on 4/30 so its back in Texas. Looks like I'll have a shot of hitting the latest delay range unless they can't find anyone to truck the car over or I have to wait on additional cars to show up.

Congrats...beautiful Pony u got there!! Took my first road trip to Bozard Ford and Ford's Garage has awesome food(Yeah a bar and grill at a Ford dealership)....and ohhh by the way we have the same color. I have the Premium ER RWD...enjoy your new Pony!!

Notified today that my MME has been 'delivered' to Kansas City (via OrderTreck.app).

Estimated delivery to my dealer is between 5/23- 5/29 (via Ford Order Tracking Status).

Sounds like just two more stops once it gets loaded in Muncie KS. It took my car just under 48 hours from when it arrived in Muncie to when it got on a train heading to Southern California. The train is getting closer, but there has been a 48 hour delay in transit.

Then from the receiving depot to the dealership.

I too am hopeful that I will see my car in the next 10 days.

How are you tracking your vehicle after it’s “delivered” to KC?

My car is traveling via Union Pacific railway. I got the train car number from ford.com chat...and I call in to UP for an update. I don't know where it is exactly, but I know when it left and when it is supposed to arrive in Mira Loma (outside of Los Angeles). From there I am hoping that ford.com chat will let me know when it is off-loaded and when it is picked up.

This is the Union Pacific process only. Other rail systems I think use other methods.

I recommend you do NOT speak with anyone, but only use the automated system. Here is the process:

Tracked via Union Pacific phone line 1-800-877-5123.
Wait for prompt on language (1 for English)
Say “Trace”
Say 1 (number of units to trace)
Asks for rail car number. You must clearly enunciate B N S F (or whatever your rail car letters are) before the number. (say it clear and quick because it will think you stopped if you go too slow).
Asks if you want a fax copy (say no)
