Same. Got an email from Ford a few hours ago to complete my purchase, and the shipped button is finally checked in the tracker.

Congrats @igotnoclevername! I'm curious, when did you receive the original email from Ford notifying you that your car had been shipped?

For those who get those emails that they are pushing the delivery date out for 2 or more weeks. Take heart. Got one pushing it out 2 weeks last night. I picked up my Rapid Red pony today!

First of all, I want to give a huge shout out to Riverside Ford of Tulsa. Could not have asked for a better dealer to work with. It has been almost 9 months since I ordered last August. Richie Fruechting has been incredible. I tried not to hassle him too much, but he was always friendly and got back to me with answers promptly.

I had mentioned price protection, when it first came up last year. It was never even an issue or a question after that. I saw that my car had been dispatched yesterday on Palsapp, and it arrived this morning. I went to Riverside this afternoon. Richie already had the paperwork filled out and ready to sign. Had taken off $3,400 to reflect my price protection (none of this nonsense about me paying it up front and I would get a check if Ford reimbursed them) plus the $750 that Ford gave me for the conversion to the 2022 model. Car was charging and ready to go. Quick paperwork and done in about 30 minutes. I was going to do Ford Options initially, but the rate was up to 6%, so that was a no go. Got 2.29% through Navy Federal Credit Union and we were set.

Interestingly, I spoke to the Detailer who is gong to install some PPF and ceramic coating. He advised me to tell the Dealer to take the protective film off of the outside, clean the inside, but NOT to clean the outside other then maybe a gentle hand wash. I guess the cars are typically either run through a car wash or brushed, but he did not want any unnecessary scratches that would need to be buffed out. Who knew?

As for the car....WOW. It has been raining today, so I did not do too much driving. But the driving I did get to do was incredible. So smooth and fast. Great ride. Love the seats! Great fit and finish. I needed time to start putting on some of the mods (the new longer rear windshield wiper was first order of business given the rain), getting PAAK and my profile set up etc. Lots more to do and I will get back on it tomorrow. Anyway, it is great to see people getting their rides, and I am so glad to finally have the horse in the stall! For those still waiting, it is so worth it so hang in there.

Thanks for trying. I did pick up the car, but under temporary financing until Ford Options is completed. The dealer has never done one before. I've had the car since Monday night, dealer supposed to get back to me. I've left two messages and not heard back. Not happy right now and very concerned.

I just ran a random mache e premium vincent with your zip code and the options program is 3.9% +$500. You should qualify for the program protection based on the date you ordered it which I'm sure is better than the current program. I can look that up for you too if you send me your order date.

Anyone's car still stuck on Blount Island? Just heard from my dealer that they're waiting for the Blue Cruise update before being released from the island. My shipping date on Ford's site still says April.
