Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

Please test and report as much as you can. I think @taikajim is largely absent from this forum going by his posting history.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. I was told 4-6 weeks. I have a friend with a performance business who does a lot of sales with KW. He made it all happen for me.

Regarding install, I’ll either have that same performance shop do it so they can get photos for more EV business marketing, or all take care of it with another buddy of mine at his home garage.
thanks. Good luck can’t wait to hear. I am starting with a GT so will start looking around to test drive a PE. Depending on any ADM and value of my trade in with the credit I might be better off going to a PE. But finding one will be the first issue ?

Definitely best of luck finding w/o ADM.

I stuck with the premiums (had a MY21 and now have a MY22), because Delaware gives an additional $2500 cash rebate for EVs under $60k MSRP. Rules out any GT+ trim.

Good luck, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts after installation. Ready to pull the trigger soon after your feedback, no pressure, LOL

I confess I have not read this entire thread. The bounciness of the ride has been a problematic detractor for my wife's passenger enjoyment of our 2021 Premium ER AWD. I recently did a tire rotation and noted the suspension components and came here looking for rear shock swaps because they seem to be a simple bolt on.

The harsh ride isn't just a comfort issue and last night I had an unnerving example of poor suspension performance. I was taking back roads in a spirited fashion. The asphalt pavement is not smooth. On one turn the back end skipped out, no skid, I was not heavily on the brakes or power. This is the same type of handling that I had on a VW Bug before I got new rear shocks. The rear end would oversteer because the tires were jumping laterally rather than tracking. Unavoidable in some conditions, but this was exaggerated and unpredictable. @Ford Motor Company ought to know that this is more than a comfort issue.

I need to go back through this thread again, but while my MME Premium AWD is in the shop I got a Polestar 2 Performance car (with Ă–hlins adjustable shock absorbers) as a rental. I just spent about 30 minutes adjusting all 4 to a more comfort oriented setting. After a 5 minute drive on some crappy pavement (we have a lot.) I'm now sold on getting something similar for the Mach E. The bumps are there of course, but the edges are now softened on them. I don't feel that our MME is bouncy- just stiff/firm ride, something that I'd prefer to take the edges off.

I took a Model Y ER - 20" wheel for a test drive on my favorite bouncy road. Here is the comparison of the two. The model Y is definitely bouncy as well. I can't say I could tell you once was much worse as you somewhat forget soon after. Based on the data I would say the Mache GT had a little more bounce, but this is not a controlled test.

that's a very good comparison, even if in uncontrolled conditions. which year was the MY?

Ha, I carry a great sense of pride in having started this behemoth of a thread. If only @Ford Motor Company would take notice and let us know what they are working on to improve this situation. ?
Not sure if Ford has done any mods to the 22my cars but having picked up my MME a couple of days ago I can report my initial finds on the ride.
First I need to mention I have been driving a 17' Escape SE for the past six years and it was at times like riding in a marsmellow! excessive body roll, tires would start to roll under on hard cornering, and suspension was way too soft.
Now the MME is a night and day difference! firm suspension which I preffer, no excessive bouncing noticed and the streets here are not the greatest. The MME rides and handles as good or better than my 15' Focus Titanium which was a great riding car, just a crappy transmission.
I had test driven seven different MME's while waiting for mine to arrive and I can safely say I have noticed a difference in the 22 versus the 21's.
Just my observation of course, YMMV
