I wish Ford would just say they don't know when I'll get my car. I have been informed it's now another three weeks out. Now 6/21/2022 - 6/27/2022. It remains in Missouri. Ford chat gave me the canned "chip shortage" answer, dealership tells me it's a lack of transport drivers to get it from Kansas City to Omaha (170 miles). Either way, something out there is telling me I need to practice gratitude and patience, and recognize it's a problem lots of people would gladly trade theirs for.

Knowing the real reason for the delay may not make you feel any better. I was able to get more info for my delivery and was disappointed. Made it to Barstow (400 miles from me) then for some reason it was routed to go back out east for 18 days and came back to Barstow. Then it was scheduled for pickup by another train but for some reason it didn’t happen. Now it is still sitting in Barstow.

Yesterday I got my MME back for what I hope is a final time! I had PPF installed so don't worry, no issues. It's been a wonderful car, and I am confident in saying, worth the wait. ?

Question, what ppf did you go with? I've got mine going in for ppf next week. Still trying to decide between xpel ultimate plus, ultimate plus 10, or ultimate plus fusion. The plus is about $1600 for full front and plus 10 and fusion are about $2100 for full front.

Probably going to go with the fusion for the "ceramic coat" properties it seems to have. Unless someone talks me out of it.

I saw someone on here do a vinyl; it looked pretty good too! But this PPF amazed me. The paint side by side looks exactly the same.

She’s finally home! No drama at the dealer—actually a better outcome than I was originally told. They first said price protection would be given as a refund to me after Ford reimbursed them. But the paperwork had the original 2022 sticker price and the $750 model year conversion credit. Nice!

For those of you still waiting, the rest of us will wait with you until every car is delivered. And hopefully you will get it sooner than expected—mine was here 11 days before the latest delivery window so there is some hope!

Nice, I go my Black GT Pony a week earlier, and ordered it about the same time, and had about the same amount of Ford mis-fires on the delivery date.

How many miles are any of you getting on a full charge with the extended range battery? On my 2021 MME a full charge would get me an average of 298 miles in the summer. On my new 2022 MME I'm only getting a max of 248 on a full charge. Is there a breakin period before the mileage will go up?
