A feature I would like to see. I just rode in my brother-in-law’s Tundra and his 360/Rearview camera comes on at any speed less than 5 mph. It is a selectable option.

My wife and found the 360/Rearview a real aid in parking and while many might find it annoying to have it pop up anytime you are going slow, we would use the option.

Many have mentioned this before - having a quick launch button within the static infotainment screen (at the bottom).

It is all software to make that happen. Develop it on future models so its a selling feature and Ford can make money, by selling more cars due to their great options. Retroactively put it on the cars as an update and to keep the current owners happy with their purchase. A happy customer will probably come back and buy again and they tell their friends. How much time does it take to get new cutomer versus just keeping the one you have happy. Also, an unhappy customer tells five to ten friends about their negative experience, which is a possibly lost customer. The reverese is probably true.

That should absolutely be a thing.

My 2019 Navigator L has a hard button right below the center screen to activate the 360 cameras. Super helpful when parking a car as large as my first house.

Pushing and holding the volume dial in should launch the camera imo. Come on Ford! Or at least make the volume dial customizable.

Give the Park Assist hard button multiple functions, like buttons on AirPods, etc.
Press + Hold - 360 Camera
Normal Press - Pull up Park Assist Menu

Anyone with a newer “Prep Kit” vehicle know what that button does if there is no Park assist? Seems like a perfect use of the button.

Another idea (if we want to be creative, innovative, cool….)
Using GPS and maps in NAV, pop-up a camera button (or menu) on the screen when:
- Driving under 10 mph
AND/OR
- In or near a parking lot
- In neighborhood (3 mile radius) of owners home
- 3 mile radius of destination entered into NAV
- 3 mile radius of known address book entry

This kind of logic could be used for any number of proximity based screen menus that might pop-up.

1. Near a hotel/resort entered as destination on check-in/check out date in calendar - Notify hotel (bellman, check-in, etc.)
2. With CarPlay or Android Auto - When driving to store to pick-up a purchase, Ford triggers notification in Target app (Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.) of arrival. When parked in pick-up spot, Ford uses camera to read and/or snap picture or pick-up spit number to notify app if parking spot that owner is in for pick-up and notifies store through app.
3. Same as number 2 but for restaurant pick-up.
4. Again, through CarPlay or Android Auto - Using app like AnyList or others, connect and pop up notifications on screen when near grocery store for grocery list.

Just a few of ideas off the top of my head.

Yeah, if Ford doesn't wake up about my damn Stink screen, when people ask about my MME, I'm gonna only tell them the 'bad' things...

/stupid Audio Off happened again this AM.

Well I mean it's just two presses to get to the cameras? Press the Top left, then Cameras.

I use that too, but there is screen lag and you have to look at it. Ideally, they should make the round volume dial programmable so I just push in that to not have to look at/for it.
