Ford Mustang Mach-E Just got hit with Service Vehicle Soon… 😫 E3D22CF7-20AA-4C2C-B1E2-C130AC49FB2F

Not exactly how I wanted my weekend to start, but here we are. How screwed am I? I have about a 25 mile drive home and reeaaaally hope I can make it home. Any thoughts on my chances of making it home without my MME dying in the roadside? I’m on 2.7.4, so as far as I can tell, I have not had the recall update yet. Also, is anyone able to pull the codes with my vin? Thanks in advance for any help!

I think you will make it just fine. The car will just have poor acceleration but you can drive it as long as you need to. People have driven their Mach-E 500+ miles with that warning light on.

Thanks for the reassurance. Made it home, albeit with much slower acceleration. Thankfully I already have a dealer service appt scheduled for this coming Monday for a door handle issue, so I’ll just have to add onto their service workload.

They won't be able to fix it same-day, they can look at it and order the part for it though. Mention TSB 22-2178 to the service manager, that's what has to happen. The repair takes most of the day so they might have you come back next week. You can drive the car in the meantime. You should open a case with Ford Customer Support so it gets fixed. Call and ask to speak with the BEV team to make a case.

How do you know his vehicle meets one of these qualifications for that TSB? Did someone run his codes?

- DTCs P0563, P0ADA, P0ADE, P0AA1, P0AA4, P0AA5, P0AA2, P0D10, P0D0F, and/or P0C78 inthe BECM
- A low/discharged 12V battery with a P0DA8 and/or P1A10 in the SOBDMC

He's got P0ADE, so new HVBJB time. He got the recall software unknowingly as a result of having 21P22 being done shortly after the software went live.

Good morning, I would like to look into these error messages on my end. Can you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer to get started?

Thanks again for your help pulling the codes. I got my MME back this past Tuesday and so far everything is smooth sailing. I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow, so I’ve been driving her pretty hard to make sure everything is good. Since everything seems to be A-OK, I feel totally fine driving the MME on the trip. ?
