Car keeps jerking while sitting on lights

Been driving my RWD SR for about year now, and lately I’ve been wondering if I happen to have a unique condition in it. The trouple is that maybe once in three times when I sit at the lights waiting the car keeps jerking contantly in about 3-4sec interloops. The jerk feels like it’s trying to get going but the brakes stop it, and the elevation effects how hard it jerks(downhill seems to be the worst). I’ve been driving in OPM since the beginning and pressing the brake doesn’t change the behavior at all. Has anybody else noticed anything like this?
