GT Pony Light. Any way to get it to stay lit while driving?

This may have been answered already, but my Gt pony light only comes on when in park. I've see the VW electric has center lights across the whole front. Am I missing something as to why I can't have the light on always while driving day and night? Otherwise seems kinda pointless.

Mine stays on while driving. I just checked my camera and this was me pulling in the driveway into the garage last night.

I think OP probably means for the pony to be on with just the DRLs. I would like that, too.

Well yes DRL too, but I don't think mine comes on at all at night while driving either, just in park. Is there a setting?

Put it in drive and parking brake on and go to the front of the car and see if it is on. You can turn the headlights on during the day if needed.

Going slow with car in drive turn on the cameras from the menu on the screen. You should be able to see the pony emblem in the forward camera.

it's barely visible in the daylight if at all, so I'll have to try at night again. I certainly wouldn't have paid extra for this feature.

Really bad idea - but the Mach-E will not that the person lacked intelligence, and shift it to Park for them.

Have someone else put it in drive with the brake on, and go look yourself.

I also would like to have the option of turning on the pony light without having to turn on the headlights. I can confirm though, that it is on when driving as long as the headlights are on.

I tried to check that in my GT. In some situations it happened to me that it stayed on while I was driving slowly but switched off when car accelerated. Mostly however it switched off immediately after I moved gear selector to drive. Mostly it stays off while driving, and definitely stays off at traffic speeds. At least in my car. It was easy to observe for me as I had in the cabin with me for testing.
