Mine was allegedly build on the 18th, but still no word on it having been shipped.

your dealer should be able to provide the latest updates. If you not getting anywhere with your dealer you can also use the Ford Chat support https://www.ford.com/help/contact/?gnav=header-support#chat

After being shipped, does it go straight to dealer, or another Ford Facility stop in between?

the ford chat rep told me that the current "Estimated Delivery" date range is for when shipping will begin, not be delivered. if that's true, looks like I still have quite a long ways to wait.

When did yours ship? The train will stop in Laredo to go through customs, then it will go to Kansas City, then most likely switch to another train back down to Houston.

Finally got my shipped email this morning. No change in delivery date, hope it holds?

Shipping to San Diego, ETA 9/21 - 9/27

What happens in Kansas City? Dealer says my order arrived there a few days ago and scheduled to ship out to them in mid September.

There is a Large Ford plant there in KC which also helps serve as a distribution point of sorts. For orders within a few hours drive they will be moved to trucks, for further orders they'll keep going by train. If you're near KC you'll likely get your order faster. Mine is due Sep 6.

Mine was built on 8/20 and shipped a few days later. The scheduled deliver date on ford.com and shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking states to the dealer is September 3-9. Called ford today and they said it made it into Texas yesterday but thats all the info they had. Hope the train makes it to KC within the next few days. I live about 4 hours from KC down in Southeast, Mo. Ordered Space White Premium ER AWD on 2/9. This will be my second MME. The first one I encountered a Power train Malfunction error within the first 70 miles on it and never charged it.

Looks like we lucked out. The two build weeks prior to ours are going to be affected by a recall

Seeing this a bit late. Yours got to Missouri a couple days ago though. Depending on where you are, shouldn't be too much longer.



Mine hit Laredo on 8/30, expect it will hit MO either this weekend or Monday based on the trend from others I have checked.
