I'm the technical one and ok maybe a geek and I am definitely the car person in our relationship. She loves the car but is not technical. She did feel overwhelmed with all the options the Mach e presents.
She's out on a real estate call and at the end of the business showed the car to one of her clients. She does like showing it off.
So her meeting is over and she's done showing off the car and is back in the car ready to leave and the car is making a continuous clicking sound.
She calls me in a panic. What did the car do? This clicking is just going on and on. I ask if she's in danger where she's parked or any other issues. She is still in the clients driveway and as soon as she started the car this clicking sound started and did not stop. Stay calm, which is not always easy when she is panicking.
I ask her to stop so I can hear the clicking. Very regular and a light click not a 400 volt bam click. then I ask what the dash instruments are telling her. First response is nothing. Then she laughs and tells me the instrument cluster is telling her she's going to turn left.
A good laugh at both ends of that call.
