The proper tri-state area is, of course, PA-NJ-DE 😀
You said you only saw 2 pins ... I see 4 in those states including a blue in PA. You're being mighty selective :)

Excuse me - did you say SECOND HVBJB replacement? 😲
What is going on here?
Yes, it looks like I missed the updated HVBJB by a couple weeks when my first one failed in May at 6,000 miles. Now at 12,000 miles my second failure will get me the updated part.

As you may have seen in my previous posts, I really enjoy driving out in the country with wide open roads and lots of opportunities for wide open throttle events, which can be hard on the HVBJB. I can spend hours out there and lose track of time and miles. It just never gets old and I always come back with a huge grin on my face.

Time will tell if the updated part fixes the problem. Give me another 6,000 miles and we will see....

Thanks, Todd. Submitted my form a few minutes ago.

Edit: Mine was the first one they replaced the HVBJB on.

I have a 21 AWD (non-GT) that failed and is awaiting the part. I’ll fill in the form once it’s one.

Is the new part a permanent fix or is it the same design that failed on me once?

Oh! That blue dealer is in the “PennsylTucky” part of Pennsylvania 😀 Definitely not part of EITHER tri-state region (and can be a very scary part of the state to do things like drive EVs through 😉). The other dealers you notes south of PA that weren’t in PA are actually in MD (they have their own little Baltimore-Washington-Virginia thing going).

How long have they had it?
13 days, but the first week was a wash as they the to claim the LVB just needed a charge, didn’t throw any DTC’s, and tried to send me on my way. But thanks to the great folks here I was able to call them out on their BS, open a case with the BEV team who directed them to replace the HVBJB and put me out in a rental. ”Look man…I ain’t fallin for no banana in the tailpipe“ 😜

Im in NJ so part of both and the bad news is that my car has been at the dealership 14 days already and still no eta on the part arriving, never mind getting my car back.

There are two, I just don't have the completion date to calculate time. They are the grey locations.
Think I am one of the two. Still no ETA on repairs. Seems like I will be the first MME they try to repair.
