Of the four tire places I called in my area, none carried Vredestein. Not sure why...
I buy them from tire rack, and have them shipped to installer.

My tire guys recommended the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 for St. Louis. The tire guys said this option is better for weather here since we don't usually get too cold or have too much snow. They did say this tire's tread looks a wonky :))).

The price was good, it was rated for the Mach-E max speed and load, and is highly rated. They are on order to be installed next week. I'll report how they handle.

Now, what do I do with brand new summer Perrelli tires that have maybe 25 miles on them? ;)

? St. Louis here too! The significant weather change heading into this last weekend inspired a rush order from TireRack (wheel + tire combo)! The folks at Discount Tire (they own Tire Rack) were awesome. And, if you purchase the $88 maintenance package, they'll do the seasonal swap at no charge. Ordered online Wednesday. Called that day and made the appointment for Friday afternoon? . They arrived on time. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I am in same boat ... who did you use in STL for the swap? I debating dealer vs. tire store. If you can share best out the door price, that would be great!

I used Dobbs, after calling a handful of places. I got the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4, which my dealer (Bo Beuckman) also offered. Dobbs was less expensive. Everyone I called had to order the tires, Dobbs also got the tires in the fastest (about 3-4 days).

I got my car from Bo B. as well. Was there much difference in price? I have over $500 worth of Ford Pass points I could use through the dealership.

Thanks! Very happy with them. I ordered from tirerack.com, which is owned by Discount Tire. You may want to check in with Discount to see what is included in the package you purchased. They have a few options, including an extended option that I could buy above and beyond the 2 yr road hazard warranty from TireRack.

I live in the Boston area and have a home in New Hampshire. I have dedicated mounted snow tires for all of my cars and always have. For my GT I just had my 245/45R-20 Continental VikingContact 7 XL tires mounted on Ford Performance 20 Inch Machine Faced Wheels. While we just had our first snow last night there wasn't much snow on the roads so I didn't bother to drive the car. Driving with out snow I found that VikingContact to be a lot quitter than the ASR that came on it. I tend to keep cars for a long time and avoiding mounting and dismounting the tires twice a year helps keep the tires in good shape. These tires get very good snow reviews and I will update when I get a chance to drive it with real snow on the ground.

Dobbs was perhaps $1500-ish for all four tires (didn't swap the rims). Bo was closer to $1750 if I recall correctly.

I've been stalking the various winter (snow) tire threads on the forum, asked my regular tire dealer, and also did my online research. I'm in central New Hampshire and have a 2023 Mach E Premium AWD in transit. I wanted to get things lined up so I could get the tires swapped as soon as the vehicle arrives (probably 2-3 weeks....hopefully 2 weeks for the 2022 tax credit....but that's a different topic).

Anyway - I ended up going with the Michelin X Ice Snow SUV tires. Top reviews / ratings. I'm not concerned with price when it comes to safety and winter driving confidence. I'm also not concerned with general touring performance (in the winter). I just want to be safe in the snow.

I just finally put them on last week, love 'em ----quieter and a softer ride---they are great!
I completely agree. The cross climate 2 is a great tire and the ride is much improved in the GTPE. I think dry performance is much better as well. They are rated higher than most all other winter tires. I've had them on since October.

No data “yet” but later today my Blizzak LM001 will get installed on my 2022 MME GTPE — and we’re due more snow soon (what we did get Is gone already here in NE Ohio). I’ll be sure to provide feedback on these snow tires once I have them on and some testing complete (by testing I mean “seat time”)

Started looking for a set of winter tires for my GTPE and was ...
Just looking for recommendations / thought.
We went with the Michelin IceX, and are very happy. Our only concern is all the other cars on the road that don't have proper snow tires ;>
