Hi folks,
I took delivery of my 2023 Select RWD about a week ago, and I still don't have access to BlueCruise.
Under the Driver Assistance menu, Handsfree Lane Centering is toggled on, and I got a message on the FordPass app that "Your Ford BlueCruise feature is ready" when I paired the car. I've done nearly 400 miles of highway driving (I-15 from LA to Las Vegas, for example) and not once has the hands-free driving prompt appeared while using Adaptive Cruise + Land Centering.
Is there something else that I or the dealer need to do to engage BlueCruise? Do I need to update the vehicle software? Car was built late November. Weirdly, there's no Trial Expiration Date for BlueCruise under "Connected Services" on the FordPass app; it just shows --/--/----/
Thanks!
