I really appreciate the advice and will wait for an official fix before I let anyone attempt hardware troubleshooting. I was skeptical that it was a hardware issue since my car can communicate with Ford Pass. The wireless modem is functioning.Yes, the engineers have been on holiday break and all OTAs and fixes have been on hold. They return tomorrow. Yes you need to wait a week or two and see what happens.
Do not let those idiots tear your car apart, this is not a hardware issue. You need to be patient and wait for the update to come to your car or a solution specific to 2023s. I don't care what Ford customer service tells you on the phone, updates are on hold at the moment. Please wait until Jan 15th before doing anything further.
