When i walk up to the car with just my key fob (tied to my profile) car chooses my profile.
Same if i walk up to it with only my phone (tied to my profile and PaaK enabled).

But when i have both on me the car often gets confused and loads my wife's profile. Has anyone seen this?

I see this in a way. I always have both PaaK and my fob, but the car will load my wife’s profile (only) if she enters the garage ahead of me.

Same thing has started happening to me ever since I started carrying a fob again due to the unreliable PAAK. Solution is to delete the wife's profile and confiscate her fob.

I carry my fob and PAAK phone and have never seen this problem. That said, my wife keeps her fob in a faraday bag so that when she's with me the car won't select her profile unless she wants it to.

Before you deleted her ?, was your wife usually nearby when this happened?

No she's not in sight when that happens and her key fob is far away. Today it happened twice while I was at work and she was miles away.

Maybe she's stalking you?

But seriously, that's really odd. You could try a Sync reset and if that doesn't work, then you could try disconnecting the negative terminal of your 12V battery for 5-10 minutes and then reconnect it. That will reset all modules in the car. (They retain their programming - it just gets them to start fresh. It's kinda like rebooting your computer or phone.)

As I said I have exactly the same issue and I really know how this is bothering. In my situation I think it’s because we both use FordPass with one account under her name. I’m lazy to make separate account for me. Or because the memory seat button number “1” is saved with her profile. Do you have the similar setup?

That is not true on my case. The car sets the seat to my wife's profile as well.

We both use the same Fordpass account. Distinct key fobs, except she doesn't carry it. So when I get into the car most days it adjusts the seat to her setting and the profile is set to hers, even though she is no where near the car.

There are times when it doesn't do it either.

My wife does not use FordPass and she doesn't have a phone associated with her profile. The only thing we associated with her profile was her specific key fob.

My profile is associated with button "1", and hers is with button "2"

I've tested the following
a) Her key fob by itself - car loads her profile
b) My key fob by itself - car loads my profile
c) My phone by itself - car loads my profile
d) my phone and my key fob - car often loads her profile

I have done a sync reset, and that didn't help.

I will try the 12v battery pull, but last time I tried to take off the panel it was a major pain in the butt, and I was worried I will crack the plastic, so holding off on that until this annoys me enough to motivate me.
