Here are the results from people who have actually bought the tires, also from tire rack.

Minor differences between the four choices.

OP kept a factory size 225/55/19 103 and the Pilot Sport All Season 4 is the only one of these 4 available in that size and therefore the best choice in this category and that size. The chart is the same for 245/50/19 and these are not made in a MME 18" fitment

Oh! The Continental does come in 245/45R20 for GTs. It is popular for those shifting from the summer tires on the GTPE.

I have the stock 18" Select wheels and Primacy tires. Two are at 3/32 and two are at 5/32. Should have rotated them sooner than 20K, but the miles snuck up on me. Car has 30K on it now. I can probably get another 12-15K miles on two of the tires if I just stick with Primacy, or I can drop a grand on the Pilot Sport 4s. Has anyone put on the 18" size of these? It's a 235/55/18, which is 2% off the OEM size in diameter. About a half inch shorter. Do you guys think it will look weird with the wheel gap? Anyone done this and if so, how did it affect range? thanks! It's the last day to get $110 off a set of 4 Pilots, so I would love to see some responses.
Well...no responses, so I did more research and found these tires in my exact size. Kinda wanted to get away from the pizza cutter size, but the car drives fine with them and these new Hankook EV tires look like a good idea: https://www.hankooktire.com/us/en/tire/ion/evo-as-suv.html
I will post my impressions later. I am not a street racer, and this is not a race car. It's a heavy SUV. No racing stripes or super wide tires for this car.

None of these tires are summer tires they are all season. A Summer tire would provide considerably better grip in the wet and dry as well as much better road feel and agility, and steering precision.

It's almost the same kind of difference between an all season and winter in snowy and cold (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit ) as the all season and summer in dry, wet and warmer temperatures. (Say above 50 degrees Fahrenheit)

So many looking go wider and yet want more range. I wonder what a 155 60R 20 would do for range. Aka the BMW i3 size. Such a polarizing tear between its a sporty Mustang and yet could be maybe an economical EV? What worse is the F-150 lightning base is less than a Mach-e and it can function as a Tesla wall… Tires staying on point any hyper miler tire recommendations besides higher pressures?

It would help but surprisingly not as much as you think. Those looking to increase their range should consider wheel aerodynamics and lowest rolling resistance possible.

Check out this video on EE

CR1 wheels and 225/60/18 low rolling resistance tires would be your best bet for range on the highway.

Stick with your stock size since the range is based on them from Fords exhausted testing in summer and winter.

Curious to hear if you liked these, as I'm giving these a good hard look. Post a review if you can!

I just had the Hankook iON evo AS SUV tires installed today. Stock size of 225/60/18. These are definitely quieter than the Primacy AS they replaced! I notice the whine of the electric motors more now. The guy at the tire shop said they have more foam inside than he has seen on other EV tires. They look like they have wider tread, and they do! I could not find the specs online, but the old measuring tape has the squared off part looking like about 8", compared to 6.5" with the Primacy AS. Definitely nicer looking than the tires that came with the car. I just drove in heavy rain on the freeway. Really smooth and...less bouncy! The tires have a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty. Got them at America's Tire (called Discount Tire other places). They give free rotations, and if I do that every 5000 miles, they honor the warranty.

It hardly ever rains in Southern CA, and today is WET! I am not trying to get the car to lose traction, but the car drives well in the rain, as expected. Before pic on top. Not great pics, sorry.

I just bought them too - stock size. Will post pics/specs soon. So far they seem fine - nothing mind blowing outside of a more 'firm' ride - my car feels 'connected' to the road. Quiet, comfortable - seem to be good tires.

I’ve been looking at these tires on Hankook’s website and I’m going to get them when I need tires for my car. I only have 15k on the stock tires.

I finally got mine put on today. My first impression was the the ride is smoother and quieter. I'm testing the to see if I get better range tomorrow. I'll also install the McGard lugs and wheel locks.

I didn't try on the OEM tires since I believe the treadwear warranty only applies to replacement tires paid for by the end user. I also believe it would require proof of tire rotations every 5,000 miles even though Ford says service with rotation is every 10,000 miles.
I have had treadwear warranty allowed on two different sets of original equipment tires. On both occasions I got a significantly larger warranty allowance than I expected, and was able to switch to a different brand/model of replacement tires. Both times, it was through America's Tire (Discount Tire in other states). They have never asked for proof of rotations (I do my own), all they look at is consistent, even wear on all four tires. I'm currently at 5/32's at 35,000 miles on the original Primacy tires. 90% freeway driving.

I may have missed it but I did not see what tires you have put on and is the ride really better does it get rid of the bouncy motion that we've all experienced.

I've had Pilots on multiple vehicles over the years, and they're great tires, and I'm considering them for my MME.

I've not checked TireRack of late, but given the release of EV-focused tires, there's an opportunity for them (or someone) to add range impact to ratings for EV and non-EV tires.

The OEM's on my Premium are too slick IMHO but am hesitant to go with something too much "grippier" without knowing if I'll take a 3% range hit or a 10% range hit.
I swapped my premium wheels and tires for 255/45/20 Michelin Pilot all season sport 4's, and I've seen a 10-12% reduction in efficiency at highway speeds on average.

And to your point about the original tires being too slick, I can relate. I used to get them squealing all the time, can't get these Michelins to even chirp. They're super sticky, almost zero slip.
