Ford service sucks beyond sucks

Come out to car 12 volt battery dead. Odd but call ford service, they want $85 to come jump car? 2022 gt 20k miles. Thank God triple a came in 10 min. Car says service soon. Call to make appt May 22nd? Are you serious? So now have to call around find someone to look at it sooner. Worry in mean time if car will leave me stranded with deaf 12 volt battery.

2nd time they wanted payment first. First time they didn't tell me until I call 3x for service. Said ok sending someone 8 hours later on 3rd call said oh you need to give us cc info for $85.

We have AAA premium includes 100 mile tow, locksmith, jumping, gas service and comes in 45 minutes except in colder climates.

I do too. But the fact I have to relay on AAA roaf side service when road side service is "included" with Ford.

Not sure, but it sounds like you called a dealership's service department and they failed to redirect you Ford's roadside assistance provider at (800) 241-3673.

No I've heard of this happening before for some reason. It's really kind of infuriating how inconsistent Ford CS is

I have had AAA since 1974, have never used it, I just upgraded to the 100 tow only because of Ford. Maybe I should bill them back.

That’s a shortcoming of your chosen dealer. Depending on the dealer it might be quicker or it might be slower. ??
