I picked up my MME-GT last Saturday, and drove it home with BCHF and used it all last week. Then yesterday it quit working on the same Interstate it had worked on all week. It is still working i "hands on mode". I checked to make sure all Cruise Control and Lane Change Settings are correct.
Any suggestions out there??

Mine also wasn’t working yesterday. Hoped it was a bug that would go away when I turned the car off and haven’t been back in it yet to see.

Not only was it not doing BCHF, I wasn’t even getting BC hands on. Just the two lane keeping bars with the half circle over the nose rather than the blue BB-8 looking bubble.

Mine has been working for the most part but I can’t get lane changes to work at all

My BCHF and hands on didn't work on the first leg of a long trip to meet some friends this past Friday. Didn't notice until I hit the interstate that it wasn't working. However it worked on the way home(??!!) just fine. Note the car was off for a few hours in between. This is the second time this has happened to me. I just chalked it up to a software bug. But maybe something else?

As for reasons why this happens...

My observation is that the car either doesn't have a good GPS lock on the road and therefore you're out of the boundaries of the system or sun is directly hitting the cameras.

When I first got my '23 in December, BCHF worked on the way home when I took delivery. Then I got home, set up all the stuff, including profiles, and after that it didn't work. I reset everything the next day, deleted PAAK, etc, complete reset. After that it worked again, and has worked flawlessly since. My guess is that it has something to do with profiles. I have never set up a profile since then, but I did add PAAK back recently, and it still works.

How do you DM in the Forum??

Not the Sun, does not work in either direction on I80 & I76 in NE OH and it is overcast today.
How do I know if I do not have a good GPS lock?? Navigation seems to be working fine.

How do you DM in the Forum??

You don't. Having driven probably 20k miles using hands free, sometimes the same stretches or road will work and other times it won't. Nothing is broken on the car, but the car must think it's on a road within the boundaries of Blue Cruise. If it can't determine that then you won't be able to use it.

I looked at yours, you have a Dec built 2023 that was just sold, so your BlueCruise maps are probably expired.

First verify you have lane keeping turned on with the button on the left side of the steering wheel:

You should see a blue bubble around the car when cruise control is engaged.

Second you may need to perform these steps to force a BlueCruise map update (from TSB 23-2122):

Vehicle Connectivity Verification/Map Update Procedure
1.
Verify if the vehicle connectivity is set to ON. Go to Settings > Connectivity > Under Connected Vehicle Features the Vehicle Connectivity setting should be ON.
NOTE: If not, ask customers to turn it ON if they wish to use BlueCruise as BlueCruise will not work with Vehicle Connectivity set to OFF.
2.
Update BlueCruise Maps:
(1). Cycle the ignition off and on 10 times (20 presses).
(2). Keep ignition on.
(3). Wait 5 minutes.
(4). Perform an additional ignition cycle off then on.
(5). Check SYNC About screen for this message: Hands-Free Driving Mode available through 10-06-2073 or future date.

I do have "Hands Free" until 10-06-2073 & my "Hands on" is working, including Lane Change

Any other suggestions??
I talked with a Ford Customer Experience Specialist, he could not find anything. He suggested taking it to the dealer for diagnostic scan.
