Or he could just look at the Sync version.
There first reply was that according to Ford, my car was up to date. So saying I had version XYZ wouldn't probably do anything for them.

Have you posted your VIN in the FDRS lookup thread to see what updates are actually available for your car?

No. I wanted to but couldn't remember the name of the thread. At this point they have had my car for 2+ days and I just want it back. If this didn't fix it, I'll try to remember to do that.

The dealer is supposedly updating things right now. (Don't know what. They told me there were no updates for the car, but there was a TSB for my Blue Cruise problem). I don't know if that would throw things off.
It won’t throw anything off. Wouldn’t it be nice to know if the dealer is lying before picking it up?

The dealer just said that the blue cruise fix won't be done today. They will need the car until Monday (don't know why they can't finish it tomorrow when they are open). So yes, since it is going to be there anyways, I just posted to that link to see if somebody can look it up for me.
