EDIT: Nevermind. Turns out Ford didn’t actually say that if you go six taps deep into the menu, the motion sensors will actually STAY off. And evidently they don’t. #fuckyouFord. In all seriousness, Ford software engineers, go felate yourselves and have fun.

We will be able to turn the motion sensor off, and it will actually be off? Woo!
It took nearly 800 days, but our boys at the blue oval finally GOT THE JOB DONE. This scientific achievement will be remembered one day on par with the Manhattan Project and the Apollo Program. There really are no words that can do this justice… only memes.

NDA? What's that?
PowerUps are a bit different and so they are not really under NDA. When a power update is pushed there is no indication whether it is general release or EAP only, so therefore it would be considered public domain at that point. There would need to be prior communication about a PowerUp update stating it is apart of the EAP and terms apply. That way you actually know that is being supplied material under the terms of EAP.

This is why other betas like Charge Assist had an opt in E-mail so that you know it's under the terms.

Now if we all got an E-mail saying PowerUp 6.2.0 is being sent out to EAP members and to submit feedback on it after install or whatever. THEN the NDA would apply.

It's amazing the mental gymnastics people will go to so they can convince themselves they didn't violate a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Hope you all had fun while it lasted.

Or some of us actually read the terms and understand them and their limitations….

Id love to know how you tell if a update is general release or EA only...

Then I guess you don't have anything to worry about.

Were I an EA participant (and I am not) I would simply do that service and keep it to myself or communicate only with others that I knew were also in the EA program.

Again, how do you know the update is an EA update or not? You failed to answer that question....

Thats my point, you can’t assume everything is NDA unless it’s specifically noted as such. That’s how it works. Everything else is public domain and free for disclosure.

Dumb question. I've had my '23 MME GT for about a month now. Only a few days ago (Oct 5th), did I receive Power Up 4.2.1... However, some of the features that I see listed here (let's say for example ' In-Vehicle Voice Feedback') which is marked as 4.2.4 I already had prior to that update. Just trying to make sense of the versioning and ordering that things happen?
