We know it's already "confirmed", but I'm another '21 build "stuck" on 6.1..0.

I really just want to know if/when an IPC update will happen for '21 Job 1's that'll hopefully let me enable the energy meter!

Another option is to look in the app.

Go to Vehicle->software updates

Then go to recent changes

Interesting. I remember hearing that at purchase time but assumed they had changed their minds when the new pricing was announced.
I'm still not sure it's worth even that price though.

As far as being stuck or not, it doesn’t really matter until they release the final update for BC 1.3, because we aren’t really missing anything feature wise…….yet.

This is the part about OTA updates where “too much information” is just frustrating.

Were we not on the forums, we would have no clue something is missing.

Since my 2021 Job 1 car only got 6.1.0 5 days ago, I don't consider myself "stuck". But I believe my BC trial ends this month.

As far as I can tell it's specifically 2021 Job 1 vehicles that have started the BC update process, but stopped at 6.1.0. Is there anyone else in the affected group? Or is this pretty much it? Curious who else is in this boat

I have a 2021 Job 2 in EA and I’m stuck at 6.1.0 as well

I’m going to chime in just to say both my 2021’s received 6.1. It’s not helpful to the thread other than adding another instance of what we already know. But hey, I want to be included

also not helpful to the thread but great segue here to a funny. We landed at an offsite hospital helipad last night. Had to move the patient into an ambulance and drive over to the hospital. Our pilot went over to the airport to refuel while we delivered the patient to the hospital. We get back to the helipad and the pilot hasn’t made it back yet. So the guy driving the ambulance looks at the empty helipad, looks at me, and asks “So… are you the pilot?” ?‍?

I'm not saying those things aren't issues... But we also do get BC for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than everyone else, better parking sensors, and kick to open tailgates. So it's not all bad ?

So maybe I’m confused, but I have a Job 2 that came with the BlueCruise prep package and according to Ford “ BlueCruise renewal for model year 2021 vehicles purchased with the optional BlueCruise Prep Package* is available at a discounted rate of $200 a year for three years or $75 a month at the end of the customer’s initial subscription period.”

Does that mean I’ll get the discounted price? I’ve seen some people say it’s only Job 1.

I only got 6.1.0 on my 2023 MME last Thursday, and that's my most recent update. So it it really that the 2021 MME's aren't getting further updates for a reason, or is it just none in these forums have had it offered to their cars yet for random reasons, just as there are a bunch of 2022 and 2023 cars that haven't yet either?

Only 2021s are stuck. Your car just hasn't reached the front of the queue yet. Most folks who have moved to 6.2.0-6.4.0 are in the Early Access Program.

2021s are awaiting a revised software and will probably get 6.2.1 or something like that.
