Thanks for the update. I’m really looking forward to the Power Ups rolling out. Having tried BC 1.3, I know it’s worth the wait.

Hi Mustang Mach-E owners,

We pride ourselves in delivering customers a quality hands-free highway driving experience with Ford BlueCruise – whether it is BlueCruise 1.0 or our latest software, we are committed to continuing to improve it through software updates. We believe it can help make driving less stressful and more enjoyable.

We know our 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E owners who have vehicles equipped with BlueCruise are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our latest software release, BlueCruise 1.3, and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

The process is taking a few weeks longer than anticipated as we work to ensure a smooth rollout. And, because we know the enthusiasm our owners have for their Mustang Mach-E, we want to let you know that this software package requires updates to multiple system modules within the vehicle, before you are able to use and enjoy it.

Over the next few weeks, the software package to enable BlueCruise 1.3 will begin to roll out through multiple updates. Please note, this process can take several weeks to complete. Also, the software package will be deployed in several phases to reach all model year vehicles. Once you receive the full software package, then BlueCruise 1.3 will be enabled and you’ll be able to experience the performance enhancements for an even better hands-free highway driving performance that we’re so excited about.

Thank you for your continued patience – it will be worth the wait!
@Ford Motor Company thanks for the update!

@Ford Motor Company, this is exactly the type of communication that should be happening, to all owners (not just forum members). Thank you.

See, that wasn’t so hard. Even when there’s not a lot of new information, a simple statement like that acknowledging the delay goes a long way with your customers. Silence just makes them angry.

“Over the next few weeks” feels better than “Soon.” I have always interpreted “couple” as two, “few” as three, “some” as four. But “soon” could mean anything!

Still Waiting...I haven't even gotten 1.2. Did get the 6.3.0 release which was interesting in that it messed with the FordPass app until I rebooted my phone completely.
