Got 6.2.0, lost Alexa and Ford Assistant

6.2.0 applied this morning right after I plugged in at work. And now Alexa is gone, doesn't respond to "alexa" wake word, and ford assistant doesn't respond to "OK Ford". (or "hello ford"). also doesn't respond to the steering wheel voice button.

I can't find alexa in the menus/settings anywhere. There is a ford assistant on/off setting (set to on), but no wake word setting. Alexa still shows as a connected service in fordpass

Is it just me, or is this an issue of 6.2.0?

Also, I found it interesting in the description that it added a dedicated profile button, and turn off motion sensors, both of which I already had (or at least the motion sensors pop-up part). I can't remember if I already had a "voice feedback" in the apps, or not.

My auto-folding mirrors also changed to "off" (which I've seen mentioned in other threads). all my other settings (as far as I can tell) remained set to what they were. And I still can't set a custom profile photo no matter what (though the interface to that has changed a bit, and I've tried the various things mentioned in other threads.)

Yeah, I got it this evening at my daughter’s choir concert. Return to the car and my mirrors didn’t fold out. Instantly knew I’d been updated, from being on this forum. Pushed the button on the armrest, went home, set my settings back where they should (mirrors and a pop up about rear passengers). minor inconvenience, as long as you know what’s up. My MIL would have called 911. First world problem. I’ll live. So will MIL.

I “lost” both Alexa and Ford Assistant a few updates (months) ago. Same inability to access in the menus. I’ve been waiting patiently for a later update to hopefully restore them but nothing yet.

It's really strange, Alexa works once per drive. Second time you say Alexa....nothing. Reset and linked account, still only one.

I got it Friday morning. None of this happened to my car. Everything works as it always has. ?

Still missing. Also haven't received any newer updates, I gather there is a 6.3 and a 6.4 out there?

There are. Whether they’ll continue to be rolled out is another question. 6.2 is currently on hold for all years atm. I have no clue if Ford will continue rolling out the “subsequent” OTAs or will focus on correcting whatever the problem is with 6.2 and getting that pushed instead. Well beyond my pay grade.

If you want to get the voice assistant back right now you can do a master reset in vehicle. However that means redoing your radio presets, profiles, charge settings, PaaK, everything

I got the 6.2.0 re-release (or whatever we're calling it) Monday, and Ford Assistant and Alexa are back.

FWIW: At the bottom it says "Priority Update 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE" (I assume this is the real version identifier. wondering if the 23- is a reference to the year, or the model-year) I don't see anything like this on the bottom of the previous 6.2.0 or the 6.1.0 updates (at least in the "messages" version of the notification). This current one is showing up in vehicle alerts rather than messages.
