OK this is no longer coincidence. I have tested this at least 5 times now and it has worked every time. Simply change the update time in settings to get an update. All you need to do is change it by one minute. If there are updates being sent out to others I will get it within 24 hours of making the change. I started this by accident over a year ago and it has worked every single time. Just got 6.6 non ea. I made the change this morning and there the update is.

And now a second update less than 12 hours later. Priority Update 23-PU0314-DCM-LAT

I agree and that's why you waited for at least five times before posting. I kept thinking this has to be coincidence but no way at this point. I'd love to get feedback but I got a dollar on it at this point.

OK, I don't know the actual odds of getting an update in 24 hours (without intervention by whatever means), but let's say they're 1 in 60. If so, then the odds of this happening five times in a row (without intervention) would be about 1 in a billion. So you might just be really lucky, or you might be on to something, or the odds might be different, or........

One thing is for sure however, if your car doesn't meet all the required pre-conditions for an OTA update, no amount of fiddling with the update schedule will get you your download.

I originally had the theory a lot are trying at 1am so I moved it a little early so the servers were not so busy. You went the opposite way. Of course this was just a theory.

That schedule is for applying updates, not getting them. This seems unlikely.​

I think it is more each time causes the car to ping update availability request. Basically reduces update time by 24 hours at most.

This multiple updates in a row you can do manually just as fast.
