I got the same email and went to the Ford website, looged into My Account and went to Connected Services. If I click Renew under Blue Cruise, the web site crashes.

Nope.

It is only being offered to 2021 Job 1 cars, because we did not have BlueCruise enabled with our car originally because it wasn't released yet. And the whole update process to do so was a shitshow.

I am a Job 1 2021 car so back then that was the price they quoted since then they raised the pricing so not sure you will get anywhere.

1.2 isn't worth a single $ to me. In fact it's more of an annoyance to be constantly maintaining the engaging/disengaging ops. Give me a "finished" product (1.2 is not) before I lay out the cash.

I couldn't agree more about 1.2. It's a cute little feature, but it definitely doesn't inspire trust as it hugs the right side of the lane and disconnects at random times. I've used it enough over the last 2 years to know that I won't miss it.

Ford has put those of us with the $600/3yrs offer in a bind. It's not worth a subscription in this condition and spending the next few years as a beta tester doesn't seem like a good use of money. If I was logging a lot of highway miles on a daily basis, I'm sure I'd feel differently, but for my daily driver, I think I'm better off subscribing for a month if we're traveling by Mach e.

I'm bummed that I won't have a chance to try 1.4. I'm hoping the forum is filled with positive results.

Anyone know if we can pay for this with Fordpass rewards points? Those things are basically useless for me and I would like to not let them waste. Also this is $600 for 3 years correct? And not $600/yr with a 3 year commitment right?
