Ford Pass not updating

My Ford Pass has stopped updating. Showing stats from 22 hours ago even says that in the app. Anyone got any ideas?

All I know is to check under Connected Services and make sure everything is on.

1. Totally close the app and reopen it
2. Restart the phone
3. Check your connected services
4. Consider various car reboots
5. Hope Ford fixes the problem

Besides the other things like rebooting the ford pass app, or swiping down on the app to reload, I find sending a command to the car ”wakes” the connection. I usually send the Lock command then swipe down it shows current again. (unless of course its a ford server issue)

Theres a new app to download, the current one needs deleting

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. After doing so, it fixed the problems I was seeing.

Another reason your FordPass app may not update: If your 12V battery depletes to 40-50%, the car will go into deep sleep mode and disable functions like the Modem that FordPass updates use in an effort to protect the battery. The only way to reactivate the modem is to start the car (you have to physically open the door and press the button).
By the way, the MME charges the 12v battery when this happens.

No nothing, I was actually away with work last night so didnt plug in at home

My wife's phone has the old app and still works. Mine has the new one and has logged me out and won't log back in.
