Blue Cruise stopped working (Fixed!}

In my case the blue bubble around the car did not show up, just a blue half-circle line at the front of the car.

Same thing with our car. Just a blue half circle. Have tried and checked everything appropriate. Car is just 2 weeks old . . .

Has Blue Cruise ever worked for you? Did you sign up for it when you got your car 2 weeks ago?
If you do have Blue Cruise did it ever work? Did you try pushing the “lane centering “ button on the left side of the steering wheel ? Unfortunately I don’t see an image on the dash that shows if lane centering is on or off, but it seems that it has to be on for blue cruise to work

Blue Cruise/Lane Centering worked for one week then stopped and was replaced with a half circle. This is our 3rd MME and our 2021’s never had this type of issue. . .

Sorry, I don't have any other suggestion. Perhaps it's time to call the service center at your dealer.

I am sharing this same issue. Has worked perfectly in the 6 mos. of ownership so far. Took vehicle for its 10k tire rotation and inspection and blue cruise is no longer working. I did notice when I first got in my vehicle after service my navigation system was engage, which I found a bit unusual. I have been chatting with Ford's text support and they are at a loss as well and advised me to take car to dealership.

I think it was a different thread, I had said like today headed east at around 10:30 this morning. The sun was very bright still Blue Cruise would stop working until I got out of the sunlight for some reason on the same road coming back west an hour later worked fine. Seems like it doesn’t like the sun on the windshield I guess. Something interesting. I was talking to the over the air update people and before they hung up, they said oh I see a couple of codes on your car, but they couldn’t tell me what they were. So I went to the Ford dealer this morning and they put their little diagnostic plug in there and all it said was The camera was blocked, 3 times, so if the camera has anything to do with blue Cruise which I know it does, heavy rain, bugs, pollen. Anyways there was nothing to clear, nothing ever came up on the screen except adaptive, cruise control, or something like that was unavailable messages during a storm or very bright weather so that warning created that code, which was nothing to clear. The camera was blocked I guess?

If the camera can’t see then it won’t allow bluecruise. It would be good if it came up with a message (Tesla does). Glare, ice, bugs, fog, rain, anything that makes vision worse will impact blue cruise.
At least with ford you can use regular cruise. When this happens in Tesla you are reduced in speed and can’t even use cruise normally.

Actually, I had forgotten, Tesla Model 3 actually displays constant messages when driving at night ‘multiple cameras blocked or blinded’. It pops up when driving outside the city in dark areas non stop on and off. Quite annoying and distracting actually. It thinks the camera is blocked but it’s just dark out.
