Yes and yes.
Bummer. That could mean the 12V battery has shorted and totally failed. Or they somehow didn't connect it to their truck right.

Either way, I think you're going to have to call another tow. Make sure you ask if they tow EV's first. They'll need dollies for the rear axle to get it on the truck if you can't get the 12V system working. Maybe another tow company can try jumping it again.

It sounds like they thought they could jump start the car using the cables in the front bumper, but those ONLY open the frunk. Once the frunk is open and you have access to the battery, the jumper cables need to be connected to the battery as in post 28 in order to jump start it. Leaving the jumper cables connected to the front bumper cables will NOT jump start the car, no matter how long you leave them there. The jumper cables need to be moved to the battery after the frunk is open.

They said the cables were attached to the posts like in the picture, so I don't think that's right. I think the lvb is dead.

Why is it that you never see @Ford Motor Company jump into a "Roadside Assistance Failure" thread. There is zero excuse for dispatching incompetent tow drivers.

Has been fixed. Apparently just needing the hubby’s f150. Got me going and home. Will try the car tomorrow and if it’s still giving me issues we will take it to the dealership. Thank you all for all the help and support! I truly appreciate it.

IMO, your Tow Company was "the worst" as my 19 year-old says. I'd let Ford know not to use them in the future!!! Let us know was it just the 12V or something more menacing?

Agreed! Thank you! I absolutely will. It started and worked just fine this morning. Auto up on the windows didn’t work but did the “window reset” someone on here posted and it was fine. Keeping an eye on “Blanche” for sure!
