Ford NACS Adapter has shipped [and NOW ARRIVING]!

I actually received mine this morning a whole two days early. But, the website still says "in Production".

Got mine today and passed a bank of Tesla charges.

tried it three times and didn’t work.

I forgot 1 little detail, these were older chargers, oops.

will see out the newer ones when I get a chance.

Mine came in today as well. (order#: 90000586).

I never got a shipping confirmation email from Ford. The Ford website is still listing the order as in production. The only indication that the adapter was on its way was an email from FedEx stating that a package was on its way from Dearborn, MI. That plus the first post about adapters shipping out made it pretty clear what that package was. It was initially scheduled to be delivered on Monday (04/08), but it got here a day early.

The closest Supercharger station I could go to was at the Springfield Town Center Mall. The same Supercharger station that Kyle and his Dad had to hop the curve to charge at during their trip down to Florida in that Lightning. That Supercharger location is always packed. So I went to the Wawa Supercharger in Woodbridge, which looks to be a lot less busy for most of the day. Plug and change worked like a charm. However, at least in my Mach-E, the Tesla Superchargers are not coming up in the native navigation app when you are looking for chargers. So I was not able to precondition to the charger. It's early days I guess. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Like before a trip that is coming up this weekend. **Hint Ford hint** Anyways I am grateful to Ford and Tesla for making all of this happen. It was a bit messy, but I got the adapter in the end. Hopefully the shipping process will be more transparent as the waves of adapters gets shipped out.

Ford didn't provide me with any Fedex tracking number. Did they give you one? I have no way of checking the shipment.

I think the Ford servers are currently screwed up. For several days I have been logging into my account and wanted to check my Blue Oval Charging setup, because the Tesla P&C never showed up in Fordpass, even though P&C on Tesla worked for me. I get errors on the server when checking BlueCruise or Blue Oval. Also interesting is that when I did a P&C on Tesla, with a Magic Dock, I never got charged, the session was free.

So it does not surprise me that Ford seems to be shipping these without any updated info on the status page for the adapters. I have no shipping notice and nothing from Fedex with an order number of 1091.

So for me it ended up resolving itself on its own today. Woke up, checked fordpass, and poof, it showed the proper 90% I was now at. I do not know what happened, I don't know why. What I know is I will likely not be aggressively seeking out Tesla charging until I see more positive experiences on the various Mach E groups I'm in. That was moderately terrifying.

Ford never provided me with the FedEx tracking number either. You can create an account with FedEx's website and enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager. It will email you every time there is package that is enroute to your specified delivery addresses. Often times I get an email from FedEx Delivery Manager before a retailer sends out a shipping confirmation email. This time it was the only way I was notified of the adapter's shipment. There are also similar services from UPS and USPS.

Mine showed up outside my garage today out of the blue. No shipping email. In fact the website still says it's still in production. I was order 572 with estimated April ship date.

Crickets here. No notice and no delivery. I am order #437...wondering why many of the order numbers in the 500s are receiving theirs and I am not?

Ordered mine on first day. Never received confirmation email, but went back online and confirmed order status which stated expected delivery in June. Also checked a few weeks ago, still said June.

Now I cannot find any record of my order status. If I go to my account, it has the banner at top of page for the NACS order, but when I click the link it asks which of my ford vehicles, then just takes me to my connected service page for the Mach E.

Is there another way to verify order status?
