Ford Adapter Shipped

I received mine, too. Did yours come with a FedEx label to ship back the defective one? I don't think I did.

you should've gotten a white plastic pouch, and the label was separate but it was in the pouch the new adapter came in, I almost overlooked it.

I think this thread was referencing original orders being shipped, not replacements for ones Ford has "recalled"

I got the "label created" message from fedex on friday and then the email from ford later same day. It went straight from label created to "out for delivery" on tuesday. Prior to that I couldn't check the status on fedex app or the ford link. So I wouldn't worry too much, you should be getting it in the next day or two. Do you have the fedex app? That might be a bit more info but possibly not.

I haven't received any email from fedex regarding label created. Only a Ford email saying "we've shipped it" along with a tracking button that doesn't provide any useful info. Also, the Ford status page still says "we expect to ship your order in November", not "we've shipped it"

Congrats, I think mine was 3/1 and it says Nov shipping but no confirmation yet

you won't get an email from fedex, if you have the fedex app on your phone and have an account, it will tell you when a label is created.

It comes in the package it's a bag with label on it just stick the old one in a bag and drop it off at a Fed-ex drop box.

Since it's been a week since I got the email, and the tracking button fails with "tracking # not found", and I haven't received it, I called Ford today to inquire. Turns out my adapter was delivered on 11/19, to Monument, CO. Sadly, I don't live there, but rather in Durham, NC. No clue (at my end or theirs) as to how it happened. Bought the car new in March from dealer in Richmond, VA and ordered the adapter online the next day. They have opened a case to figure it out...

Well…I ordered mine on Feb 29, Ford acknowledged the order in March. My order number is in the 33 thousands…Still says “will ship in November”

Previously it was expected in June, July, September, January 2025, now back to “ship by November 2024”

I am glad you got yours…just don’t understand the Ford order system.

Yeah, the resolution was more bizarre - "the email we sent you was in error - yours still isn't ready"

Posted many times. A 3rd party ships it, the websites aren't linked, and the status will never change. Mine shows In Production with an Est. ship by June 2024, which is when it shipped, 6 months ago.

I have a track number that shows "label created" on January 29. And still haven't received it and no change.
My number is 90108xxx dated May 2024
Is this normal or is this a problem?
