I know the status may not say "shipped", but it sounds like few people received a shipment notification from Ford (several clearly have been notified via FedEx accounts but that's not the same thing).
I suspect that they cannot be certain you still have that Mach-E, and the adapters are allocated one per VIN number. Toyota did not realize for several months that I sold my bZ4X, and kept sending us surveys on how we liked it... ?WOW, I had no idea you had to reserve it.

I guess we should be happy they gave us tires too. That’s like, $1,000 of fee stuff right there. And BlueCruise too - oh wait, never mind on the BlueCruise. But the TIRES - the tires are FREE! The adapter is FREE, … in 4-6 months …
Huh? You are comparing tires that come on the car as part of the purchase price to an adapter that you didn't know you would have when you purchased the car?
LOL remember reserving your car in 2019 or 2020, then waiting for the order banks to open up? Then the wait for a notice that your estimated production week has slipped (then another and another)? Them was the daze! ??
