Yes, for destination and home chargers. Search the forum for "TeslaTap" and the relevant threads should come up. (There are others as well, but that brand name should get you to all kinds of discussion about them.)

Not a Tesla Supercharger, but rather Tesla Wall chargers. In other words, you can use the adapter on Level 2 Tesla chargers but NOT on Level 3 Superchargers.

My TeslaTap Mini 60-amp adapter works well to allow me to charge my MME at home via my Tesla Wall Charger.

Yes. A Tesla to J1772 adapter allows a Mach-E to charge at a Tesla destination charger.

A J1772 to Tesla adapter allows a Tesla to charge at a J1772 charger.

No adapter allows a Mach-E to charge at a Tesla Supercharger.

My research and experience suggest the TeslaTap adapters are better engineered and more durable than the Lectron. But they both work fine! Here's a source for what I purchased:

Though not my post above, I have purchased and used many times, the Lectron piece (no cord) and it is well made, attaches and detaches easily. About $159.

I debated between the Tesla Tap Mini and the Lectron model. I ended up going with the Lectron because it is quite a bit cheaper. Also, some people reported that the Tesla Tap Mini would sometimes need a silicon spray lubricant when inserting the plug into the adapter. This does not seem to be the case with the Lectron. Plus, if you join Lectron's email list, they will give you 10% off.

BTW, if getting the smallest adapter possible is important to you, then go for the Tesla Tap mini. It is about 1 1/2 inches shorter than the Lectron model.

Finally, make sure you get the model that can handle delivering 48 amps.
