I discussed this last year in a different thread but thought I would mention it again for those that have a 15 Pro with the action button, you can easily bind it with a folder that has your preferred shortcuts in it. That way you can pull them up anytime instantly like below:

Personally, I like to use Siri from my watch so I don’t need to grab my phone to run any of them.

Back 3 years ago I created individual screens on my phone for my shortcuts but to only use them if I want to execute one silently without using Siri.

Just got an Apple Watch and it's so much more convenient to run these shortcuts without having to use my phone to open the Ford Pass app or even the shortcuts on my phone. I also use Siri so that I don't have to touch the watch. Thanks Mark for the suggestion!

Just wanted to mention that FordPass 5.0 did not break iOS iPhone/watch/Siri shortcuts. All are working normally as of this post.

Mark, do I individually run the first 4 required shortcuts or just create them, along with whatever commands I want, then when I run, for example, start car, it’ll do what it needs to?

Hey Neil, yes, you download and run the first four shortcuts individually in that order. Then download whatever shortcuts you want to use and run them.

This is all incredible work! I can’t believe I’m only just seeing this now. I’ve been driving a Mach E since ā€˜21!

Before seeing this thread I was hoping iOS 18 would allow Siri commands since the controls will be available in control center. This is a great backup plan if not!

Well done to all that put in the work for this. ?

Do you find you periodically have to refresh the first 4? When I did this before the API changes, it felt like every few weeks I had to do a refresh. No big deal, but would be nice if the API changes fixed that! Thanks, as always!

It is usually just one or both of the token ones we have to update. Brandon is the main guru on these and when there is an issue he is fast to update them.

With the updated versions is there a shortcut option to check if the car is plugged in for overnight charging?

Hi, thanks for the great work!
Does this also work in Europe?
I installed the shortcuts in correct order, and when running them, I constantly get the error message:
ā€˜Get Ford pass token.
Failed to retrieve authorization code’.
Can you help me out please?

Thanks!

Mine work. Have not had any issues or glitches since May when Brandon updated the shortcuts.

I had way too much fun with this one. This shortcut runs every night before I go to bed. It checks if the car is locked, if it’s plugged in, if it is, is it charging. It also displays the current SOC, Range and a battery meter in an attached image.
