Went to just look and take a test drive, but loved the car and they offered me excellent trade in value on my Subaru, so we drove away with a gently used 2023 that we saved quite a bit off the sticker price. It was a good deal. Probably could have pushed and made it better, but it was easy and not stressful, which I really appreciated.
LOVE the car. Looks, ride, tech. I was really pleased that the tech seems pretty intuitive and no more cumbersome than setting up a new cell phone, really. Charged fine, but slowly of course from the 120v socket in our garage. I did pick up a used but in good condition 240v Siemens charger off of FB Marketplace, and already have a call into an electrician to get it installed which will help.
We ran around in it yesterday and stopped at a Charge Point charger that is installed as part of the Tesla charging station at our local Target. One station was faulting and the other worked but only charged at about the 120v rate. So we took it home to charge and it climbed back up to 302 from 257ish to 305 overnight. I drove my long commute in and kept it at 75 and arrived with a range of 238 so shouldn't have any trouble getting home. So yeah, really pleased so far. If anything, it will probably back me way off of my lead foot, at least while commuting, which isn't a bad thing.
