Complimentary charging for 250 kilowatt-hours on new purchase at EA no longer active?

I was told at my dealership I would receive 250 kilowatt-hours of free charging at Electrify America through the FordPass app but never received those credits. I got my Mach E earlier this month and I called FordPass support who said that benefit is no longer active. Has anybody else who have recently gotten a new Mach E seen the same thing? Trying to determine if FordPass support is wrong or if my dealership was wrong.

As of June 1st customers no longer get the 250 kWh EA credits.

Yo... I bought the car on June 3rd, and never got to have EA benefit. Reached out to ford but they claims that benefit is ended on June 1. Dealers were not educated enough and caused false information.

For those who got the 250 kwh, Is there anything (anywhere) that shows how much has been used (or how much is still remaining)?

I see on my ford.com account (under connected services) that I supposedly got this benefit (even though I purchased my car on 6/1/24), but I don't see any way to monitor it's usage:

Honestly you didn’t miss much. It’s less than 3 complete charges of the battery.

After each time I use it, I get an email from Ford with a "receipt" and lots of info including my new balance.

Unless you still have the old version of Ford pass, just the balance remaining email after you use some.

Did you receive Fordpass points for the purchase? When I leased mine back in January they gave me the EA credit but not the points. Hopefully if no EA credit

Yeah I did get my 22000 rewards points or whatever that value was. Probably just gonna bank those for down the road
