Received the mat and $50 gift card today. My HVBJB repair was done May 22. And I got the 30k fordpass points some time back. I appreciate the Ford gesture.
Mine was done in January and I never received anything.

Did you buy your car new or used? I got mine used, and despite ford assuring me that I will get all the goodies, they sent the 30k points to the original owner.
I did finally receive the charging mat and $50 gift card last month (Did the recall in January).

I bought it used back in November. You would think they would send them to the current owner that had the recall word done.
One would thing that but apparently they don't. The recall work paperwork had my name and address on it. I even spoke with three people from Ford corporate, including those on the BEV team. They all assured me that I'm the registered owner in their system and that everything will be sent to me. Yet they still sent the fordpass points to the original owner.

In fact, to this day, they still email the original owner a survey everytime I get an OTA. Even though the car is registered in the EA program under my name and email.

It has a Bar at the lower area of the mat, that makes you put your phone about 2 inches higher up than one would logically put the phone. This is because the wireless charger isn't at the bottom of the mat but higher up.

This is probably what's happening to me as well. It took almost 6 months to get me to be the owner in FP. I'm sure it'm not in any other systems as i've never got a Ford Point in my life so far.

If you're not the original owner, you may never see the points.

Ditto. You'd think they'd expect some owners to sell or trade the car, and would plan acordingly. Honestly I could care less about the points, it just keeps me from spending any more with them really.

It does work better with my iphones. However one could just push the phone about 2 fingers higher than the bottom of the mat and get the same results as long as it doesn't bounce all over the place.

No, it's worse in my opinion. My S23 Ultra doesn't fit with the new mat.
Lol I’m not even going to bother with it then. I mainly cared about the points.

Me too but I never got it and Ford won't do anything about it.

The previous owner of my car was a relative/family so I'm glad he got it.
