Has anyone else received their gifts for completing the HVBJB recall? I have not. Just wondering how long it takes.

Did you get anything yet?

I have not received anything yet and went to my local dealer and contacted a Ford rep via email on Monday for an update. They are aware of the discussions on this thread and working to get things moving. This is the reply I received:

Latest:

• Charging mats were delayed from supplier and expected to be in our vendors hands this week / ship to customers soon
  • The Charging Mat will include the offer to secure the $50 reimbursement (Check or Gift Card)
• The Ford Pass Rewards should show up in your account soon. Waiting on confirmation of when this will happen.

If all works as (currently) planned, you should have everything within the next 2 weeks (if not sooner).

Those who have had the work done aligned to this specific recall program will automatically receive the goodwill.

Does anyone know if the replacement charging mat stops the phone from burning up if sitting on it for an hour while using carplay streaming? This is something that I may purchase if it is a fix.

Well, I just received the first part of the Ford Rewards for taking my car in for the 23S56 recall. On March 15, 30,000 points for the Mustang MachE Appreciation Award were deposited in my account! Thank you Ford.

I’ve been in recall jail for a week since last Monday. Last update from service informed me it’s going to be a few more days before they are done. Fun times with the MACH-E, this visit was to address 4 recalls, including the HVJB.

Did some searching around at it looks like I got the same repair OP did with NK4Z*10C666*DRM The D or C appears to just be the trim of the car. But we both got the TSB 23-2257 repair, and the RM is for remanufactured. The newer TSB 23-2348 is just D, with no RM.

So I guess the newest TSB isn't necessary?

Making my third one a NK4Z-10C666-CRM in September 2023 looking pretty old already. I guess next time it blows I will NK4Z-10C666-J of something like that. Hoping they figure it out eventually.
